This week Brian Rodgers and Scott Paton welcome their special guest, Rick Hernandez, real estate agent and investor. Learn secrets to controlling your time as a successful Dadpreneur.

Rick have lived in Iowa for about 17 years. He was born and raised in Queens New York till the age of 21. It was at that time that he decided to go out on his own.

Rick moved from NYC to Long Island for a period of time before relocating to Lake Geneva WI. After two summers he decided to go to Iowa where he attended the University of Iowa. Rick moved to Cedar Rapids in 1993.

In May of 2000 Rick married his wife Amy, and they now have a lovely daughter named Isabelle. She is quite the charmer!

In the spring of 2006 he received his MBA from the University of Iowa.

Over the years he had had the opportunity to serve his clients in a variety of ways including, investments, insurance, and through a variety of other financial vehicles.
